Participating Law Firms register for exclusive counties and territories and one specific area of practice within each.  There are nine distinct areas of practice per county through which attorneys and law firms can increase the size of their legal practices.  They are:

In New York, for instance, there are nine different firms that have Queens county as an exclusive territory, each of course having the exclusive rights to a different area of practice as itemized above.  This demonstrates how there are nine territories for each different county.

First Come, First Serve:

1-800-ELABOGADO territories are exclusive and available to only one attorney firm in each County and area of practice in your area of practice.  These exclusive territories, of course, are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to qualified applicants.

How The Referrals Work, Examples:

1-800-ELABOGADO partners with a state-of-the-art independent phone carrier which insures that all phone calls generated from your protected territory and area of practice is immediately directed to ring into your firms office.

When a personal injury tollfree telephone call originates from Queens County it is referred directly to the Queens firm that is registered with us as the exclusive Personal Injury firm in Queens.  Likewise a bankruptcy call from Queens County is directly referred to the attorney or firm owning the exclusive rights to bankruptcy referrals. 

By acquiring and ensuring that you have an exclusive area of practice in a clearly defined territory (specific County) you will receive every telephone call from businesses and individuals in need of legal advise and related services from within your territory.

In Addition:

In addition to the toll free telephone referrals, our corresponding domain site,   1-800-Elabogado.com, presently being built, will send all potential new clients from within your protected territory, and selected area of practice, directly to your firm's website which we will create and host for you.  El Abogado works for you using elegant simplicity.

Participation Requirements:

Participation is on a first-come-first-served basis to just one attorney firm per territory.
All 1-800-ELABOGADO advertising and promotion may contain an offer of a free consultation with a duly licensed Attorney.  Participating Attorney firms, therefore, agree to provide a free consultation.  This free consultation may be by telephone, or in person.  Personal consultations may take place at the offices of the Attorney or the prospective client.  The location of the consultation and its duration is entirely at the discretion of the Attorney.

Fees:

• An annual (52 weeks) prepaid advertising campaign enables all participating firms to enjoy stable advertising without concern that any "non paying" firms might cripple the program.  This also protects against the scenario whereby a participating firm acquires a six figures "dream case" early in the program and decides not to pay the advertising for the rest of the year.
• Annual territory fees of $25,000 per year applies to: Criminal Defense, Family (matrimonial) Law, Immigration, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning Firms and Bankruptcy firms.
• Annual territory fee of $45,000 per year applies to Civil Litigation firms.
• Annual territory fee of $50,000 per year applies to Personal Injury firms.
• One-time setup fee of $2500
